This professional foam latex appliance is designed for film, television, theater, haunted attractions, cosplay, and specialty character makeup.

• MF128 facial appliance
• MA1 antenna appliance, supplied unseamed
• Clear vacuform eye shells with a 1 3/4-inch / 44 mm half-sphere diameter

Tinted black 44 mm eye shells are available separately.

Finishing note: The antenna appliance requires professional trimming, seaming, fitting, and application.
