All purchases from Motion Picture F/X Company are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or account credits. Because returns are not accepted, no return window applies.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they are submitted. Please review the products, quantities, options, billing information, shipping address, and selected shipping method carefully before placing your order.

RBFX Prosthetics

RBFX prosthetics are made to order and are subject to the following additional terms:

• No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits are available.
• Product availability, production times, shipping dates, and carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• If an RBFX item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, and photographs of the damage. Motion Picture F/X Company will submit a claim to the shipping carrier.
• If the carrier denies the claim, no refund or credit will be issued for the product or shipping charges.
• Motion Picture F/X Company is not responsible for production costs, schedule changes, missed deadlines, or other costs related to a lost, damaged, or delayed shipment.
• If a customer requests a new piece, the full product price, shipping cost, and any applicable rush fee will apply.
