Orders ship from Motion Picture F/X Company, 2920 W. Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505.
Order processing
- Most in-stock orders are handed to FedEx within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- RBFX Prosthetics are made to order and require 5–6 business days before they are ready to ship.
- Any longer lead time shown on an individual product page takes precedence.
Transit times
- FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and products with U.S. Ground shipping included typically take 3–5 business days in transit after order processing.
- Available expedited FedEx services and their charges are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates begin after order processing and are not guarantees.
- International transit times vary by destination and service.
Shipping costs
- Unless shipping is included with a product, charges are calculated at checkout from live FedEx rates plus a $5 handling adjustment. Rates depend on the destination, selected service, package weight, and dimensions.
- There is no order-total free-shipping threshold. Products or variations marked “U.S. Ground shipping included” include Ground shipping for that item. Other items in a mixed cart are still included in the shipping calculation.
Local pickup
Free curbside pickup is available at 2920 W. Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please wait until you are notified that your order is ready before arriving.
International orders
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and destination-country fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country.
Orders valued at $500 or more
A signature is required for shipments valued at $500 or more at no additional charge. The person signing does not have to be the named recipient.
Sales tax
Orders shipped to California are charged 10.5% sales tax where applicable. Tax is calculated from the shipping address. Approved tax-exempt customer accounts are excluded from tax.
