Step by step guide to Requesting a Quote:
- Add the items you want to order to your cart via the website: https://motionpicturefx.com/
- Next go to the ‘Cart page’ and below the ‘Please Read Carefully Box’ you will see the ‘Order Notes’ box. In that box let us know the date you would like to receive your order.
- Continue to checkout page. On the checkout page, select shipping or store pick up.
- If selecting shipping we highly recommend Standard Overnight to keep the rush fee as low as possible.
- Payment method options:
- Pay by Credit Card:
- Pay with Paypal:
- Request a Quote: Select this option.
- Now you can complete your order without entering any payment details.
Once we have received your order quote, production will notify us of the rush fee cost. We will update your quote with the rush fee and send you an email with the updated quote. When you receive the updated quote there will be a ‘Pay Now’ button in the email for you to complete the order. If the quote is out of your budget you can let us know to cancel the order by replying to the email.
Shop Pay Users:
If you are signed into ‘shop pay’ to the right of your credit card you’ll see an arrow press that and select ‘Alternative payment method’ to get to the request a quote payment method.
