Glycerin is a versatile studio ingredient used in special-effects makeup and prosthetic-gelatin formulas. In gelatin systems, glycerin is commonly used to help adjust softness, flexibility, and moisture retention.

Available in 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz, and gallon sizes. Add only according to a tested formula; excessive amounts can make the finished material too soft or reduce its strength. Test a small batch before full production.
