Mann Ease Release 200 Mold Release – 14 fl oz Can

Mann Ease Release 200 is a general-purpose mold release spray for mold making and casting. It releases platinum silicones, polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane foam, epoxy and polyester resins, rubber and thermoplastics. It works on silicone, epoxy, rubber, aluminum, chrome and steel molds. It dries fast, copies fine mold detail and works from 70°F to 500°F, so you get cleaner pulls and fewer rejects. Because one release covers most casting materials, it is a practical all-round can for a shop that works in silicone, foam and resin.

How to use

Shake the can well. Spray a light, even coat over every mold surface, let it dry, then cast. Reapply as needed between pulls. For silicone poured against cured silicone, always use a release, and test on a scrap first.
