PlatSil 71R Retarder

Polytek PlatSil® 71/73 Part R Retarder slows the cure of compatible PlatSil products, providing additional working time for mixing, pouring, placement, and detailed mold or prosthetic applications.

Manufacturer guidance

• Approximately 1% of Part R by total mixed weight roughly doubles the pour time.
• Approximately 2% roughly triples the pour time.
• Add Part R to Part A before mixing with Part B.
• Do not exceed 4%, because the silicone may not cure.
