Pore Texture Tools

Pore Texture Tools are specialized sculpting tools for adding realistic skin pores and fine surface texture to sculptures. Choose PT1, PT2, or PT3 according to the scale and style of texture required.

PT1

Four-point tool for smaller areas and detailed pore work, including nose texture. For controlled results, place plastic wrap over the sculpture and lightly tap the tool until the desired texture is reached.

PT2

Seven-point tool for larger areas such as full-head texturing. Place plastic wrap over the sculpture and tap the tool across the surface. Thicker plastic produces a softer texture, so experiment to achieve the desired result.

PT3

Designed for dash-style skin pores commonly seen on the forehead and face. Place plastic wrap over the sculpture and gently press or work the tool across the surface until the desired texture is achieved. Pressure and plastic-wrap thickness affect the final texture.
