Extra Tin Base Catalyst supplies additional activator for compatible 10:1 tin-cure RTV silicone systems. It is useful when the catalyst originally supplied with a silicone base has been depleted or when additional batches are being prepared for mold making and special-effects fabrication.
Available in 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz, and 64 oz sizes. Product labeling specifies a ratio of 10 parts base to 1 part activator. Measure accurately and mix thoroughly according to the directions for the compatible silicone base.
Use only with a compatible tin-cure silicone system; catalysts should not be interchanged between unfamiliar materials. Product labeling advises reading the SDS before use and discarding the activator six months after purchase.
