BLUESIL V-1065 is a white, pourable tin-cure silicone rubber for professional mold making. It offers medium viscosity, high elongation and tear strength, low shrinkage, and temperature resistance up to approximately 400°F.

- Hi-Pro Blue — Fast Catalyst: approximately 43,000 cP catalyzed viscosity; 2-hour pot life; 6-hour room-temperature demold; approximately Shore A 30 cured hardness.
Typical Cured Properties
- Specific gravity: 1.11 with either catalyst
- Tensile strength: approximately 670 psi with Hi-Pro Green; 630 psi with Hi-Pro Blue
- Elongation: approximately 480% with Hi-Pro Green; 430% with Hi-Pro Blue
- Tear resistance: approximately 140 ppi with Hi-Pro Green; 100 ppi with Hi-Pro Blue
- Linear shrinkage: Green — 0.2% at 24 hours / 0.4% at 7 days; Blue — 0.5% at 24 hours / 0.6% at 7 days
